Kansas Hap Dumont has voted to exempt the State of Kansas from the part of NBC rule VIII - 2 that says - "A league may send one tournament team for every (4) four teams chartered

THIS MEANS THAT EVERY TEAM IN EVERY CHARTERED LEAGUE IN THE STATE OF KANSAS IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND STATE TOURNAMENT.
