CHARTERING AND ROSTERS

LEAGUE CHARTERING - League Officials Only (read all the following information before proceeding) Open League teams go to "Team Rostering"

  • LEAGUES THAT CHARTERED LAST SEASON DO NOT NEED TO CHARTER AGAIN, YOU RETAIN YOUR LEAGUE NUMBER
  1. To create a League Charter you must be a registered user and login. CLICK HERE to login. CLICK HERE to register.
  2. After you login, click the "Application For Charter" button below.(Copy the number assigned to your league)
  3. Enter all required league information.
  4. Click - "Submit"
  5. As your teams roster, your charter will be updated automatically. Your user account will enable you to access your file to download team rosters and your charter. Any changes in rosters and/or charter must be done through the State Tournament Administrator.
  6. Chartering deadline - June 1

TEAM ROSTERING - Coaches (please read all the instructions before proceeding)

  1. Regular league teams: Before you proceed, get your league's charter number from your league official
  2. OPEN LEAGUE TEAMS, YOUR LEAGUE NUMBER IS 1041 (Teams that are classified as "Traveling Teams" or are not affiliated with a Kansas chartered league may roster under the Open League charter)
  3. Enter league number below and click
  4. The league charter will appear, under league number click - "Register a Team"
  5. Blank team roster will appear.
  6. Copy down your team number! Team number will be needed to enter all tournaments, and to access charter file to view and download roster.
  7. Fill out all the required information
  8. Double check all roster information because you WILL NOT be able to make change/corrections after the roster is submitted. Changes/corrections must be made through the State Tournament Administrator.
  9. Open League teams - when you submit your roster, a form will appear for you to pay your roster fee. Roster will not be accepted without payment.
    1. ROSTER DEADLINE -JUNE 15.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR ALL COACHES!!!

  • JUNE 15 - last date to roster a team.
  • JUNE 22 - State Tournament entry deadline. Players may be added to a team roster after this date, but the player MUST come from a rostered NBC team
  • JULY 1 - team roster "lockdown". NO players added to a team roster after this date
  • JULY 10 - State Tournament start date
